There’s a certain kind of magic that lives along the Amalfi Coast — the soft hum of vespas, lemon trees heavy with fruit, the shimmer of sunlight on the sea.
It’s a place where time slows down, where every corner feels cinematic, and where love stories unfold in a way that feels both wildly beautiful and deeply intentional.
For couples drawn to understated luxury and connection, the Amalfi Coast offers an unforgettable backdrop for intimate weddings and multi-day celebrations. Whether you’re exchanging vows surrounded by terraced gardens in Ravello or hosting a sunset dinner overlooking Positano, every moment here feels like art in motion.
Below are a few of my favourite Amalfi Coast elopement and wedding venues — spaces that perfectly balance Italian romance with elevated design, world-class service, and that intangible, lived-in beauty that makes the Amalfi Coast unlike anywhere else.

Perched high above the Tyrrhenian Sea, Villa Cimbrone is pure poetry. Between its centuries-old stone pathways and the famous Terrace of Infinity, this 12th-century estate feels like it was built for grand yet intimate celebrations. Imagine walking through rose-lined gardens as the light shifts golden over the cliffs — it’s the kind of setting where every frame feels timeless.
For couples seeking a wedding weekend that feels both elegant and deeply personal, the villa’s private suites, sprawling gardens, and historic charm make it a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

A blend of old-world sophistication and modern indulgence, the Belmond Caruso is one of the Amalfi Coast’s most coveted venues for multi-day celebrations. Once an 11th-century palace, it’s now an oasis of tranquility perched 1,000 feet above the sea.
From a welcome cocktail hour beside the infinity pool to a candlelit dinner surrounded by lemon trees, every space here tells a story. The staff are known for their impeccable hospitality — the kind that makes every guest feel like family.
The light in Ravello is unlike anywhere else; soft, layered, and endlessly romantic — perfect for those seeking photography that feels cinematic and alive.
Formerly the private home of famed Italian director Franco Zeffirelli, Villa Treville is an ode to art, design, and storytelling. Each suite carries its own aesthetic — from hand-painted tiles to private terraces overlooking the sea — creating a world that feels curated yet deeply personal.
For couples who want their Positano wedding to feel like a creative retreat rather than an event, Treville offers that rare mix of intimacy and indulgence. The staff curate experiences that reflect you — from chef-prepared seaside dinners to sunset aperitivos on the terrace as the town of Positano twinkles below.
Tucked between Positano and Amalfi, Casa Angelina is where modern design meets coastal serenity. With its all-white interiors, clean lines, and panoramic terraces, it’s a dream for design-forward couples who love simplicity done beautifully.
Every angle of this boutique hotel feels intentional — from the glass elevators that descend to the private beach to the quiet glow of sunset dinners overlooking the water. Perfect for couples who want their wedding to feel elevated yet effortless, with an emphasis on atmosphere, art, and connection.

A 12th-century private villa turned five-star hotel, Palazzo Avino defines Italian elegance. Its blush façade, iconic pink umbrellas, and cascading sea views have become synonymous with romantic luxury. The venue’s intimate terraces are ideal for small-scale celebrations, while the Michelin-starred restaurant offers a once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience.
There’s a timelessness to weddings here — the clinking of champagne glasses, the scent of jasmine drifting through the gardens, the sound of the sea below. It’s everything you imagine when you think of an Amalfi wedding — refined, emotional, and completely unforgettable.
Carved into the cliffs just outside the town of Amalfi, Hotel Santa Caterina captures the heart of Italian coastal living. Family-run for generations, it balances luxury with warmth — where every detail, from hand-painted ceramics to fresh flowers on the terrace, feels personal.
The private beach club is ideal for pre-wedding welcome drinks, while the upper terrace provides sweeping ocean views for ceremonies and receptions. For couples who love old-world romance with a contemporary feel, Santa Caterina is the perfect blend of both.
For those drawn to modern elegance, Borgo Santandrea is a newer addition to the coast — a meticulously restored 1960s hotel with mid-century flair and panoramic views of the sea. The interiors are sleek yet warm, filled with natural textures, Italian marble, and handcrafted details.
Its cliffside terraces are ideal for intimate weddings and multi-day celebrations, offering spaces that transition effortlessly from sunrise coffee to midnight dancing under the stars. It’s the kind of place where everything feels curated yet relaxed — a reflection of la dolce vita itself.
I’m not a planner — I’m the storyteller. Working with a planner who understands the Amalfi Coast allows every detail to come together seamlessly, so your celebration feels effortless and the imagery reflects how it truly felt to be there.

Weddings
We are not young newly weds. This is our second marriage and our desire is to have a magical symbolic intimate ceremony. My son/daughter in law, 7 and 4 year old granddaughters will be there only. We are travelling from Canada and the most important thing to us is to capture a life long destination moment, to include water, rocks, beach, maybe balcony overlooking the ocean. I would want to find someone to do our hair and make up. Find an amazing romantic restaurant. Simple but yet beautiful.
Do you have ideas to accommodate us. We are flying into Naples touring around and then making our way to the amalfi coast.
Can you assist me by email and give me an idea of what that might look like to include a price estimate.
